Sanskar Numerology is a native mobile app published by Sanskar Academy. It provides numerology calculators, reports, and premium subscription features. The app connects to our servers at sanskaracademy.net for account sign-in, subscriptions, and checkout.

2. Information we collect

Account and verification

• Full name, email address, and phone number when you register or sign in
• One-time passwords (OTP) sent to your email or phone for verification
• Account identifiers associated with your login session

Calculator inputs

• Date of birth, names, numbers, gender, profession, or similar fields you enter for numerology calculations

Basic numerology calculations (such as Mulank, Bhagyank, Lo Shu Grid, and compatibility) run on your device. We do not upload every calculation result to our servers unless a feature requires server access (for example, subscription verification or checkout).

Subscriptions and payments

• Subscription and payment status for premium features
• Checkout is completed on our website (sanskaracademy.net/mobile-subscription) via third-party payment gateways (e.g. eSewa, Nepal Payment). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Sanskar Numerology account
• Verify your identity via OTP
• Provide calculators, reports, and premium features you purchase
• Process and restore subscription status
• Respond to support requests and improve the app

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising networks or third-party marketing tracking in this app.

4. Data stored on your device

The app stores your sign-in session (including an access token) and, where applicable, calculator form inputs locally on your phone so you can stay signed in and reuse recent inputs. You can sign out to clear your session from the app.

5. Device permissions

Sanskar Numerology does not request camera, microphone, photo library, or location permissions. The app requires Internet access for account sign-in, OTP delivery, subscription status, and checkout. Storage-related access may be used when you generate or share a PDF report.

Push notifications are not currently active. If we enable them later, they will be optional and used for account or subscription-related notices.

6. Third-party services

We may share limited information with trusted partners that help us run the app:

• Cloud hosting and backend infrastructure
• Email and SMS providers for OTP and account messages
• Payment gateways for subscription checkout

These partners are required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us. This app does not include advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

7. Data retention

We retain account and profile data while your account is active. Payment and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. When you request deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data promptly, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights and data deletion

Some payment or legal records may be retained where required by law. Signing out of the app clears your local session but does not delete your server account; use the email request above for full deletion.

9. Children's privacy

Sanskar Numerology is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Data security
